Quality assurance in research is about traceability: who approved it, where it was published, and whether the record can be verified from outside.
A peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Al-Hadba University. It charges no article processing fee, issues a DOI for every paper, and is indexed in the Iraqi Academic Scientific Journals directory.
Three things the department does before a paper is written, submitted or paid for. Each opens on the research platform.
Before you submit, have the journal checked. The department assesses a journal's standing and returns a recommendation within a few days, so that predatory and unindexed venues are caught before a manuscript — and a publication fee — is committed to them.
The publication policy sets out where university work may appear, how authorship and affiliation are recorded, and what the university expects in return for its support. Read it before choosing a venue, not after acceptance.
The university commits an annual budget to research and distributes it across several strategic tracks, covering projects of different fields and scales. The funding policy states what is eligible, what is expected of a funded project, and how it is reported.
Reported to MoHESR annually and reconciled against Scopus each quarter.

Research ethics approval is obtained before data collection, not after.
Every submission is screened for similarity; the report is filed with the manuscript.
Authorship follows contribution. Courtesy authorship is a misconduct finding.
